January 3, 2025: Ramah, NM 87321 Quemado Eagles (Quemado, NM) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Ramah Mustangs (Ramah, NM), 52-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Quemado advances its record to 8-2 on the year. The Eagles host Mountainair (Mountainair, NM) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 2-10. Mountainair lost 49-27 in their recent non-league match against Cloudcroft (Cloudcroft, NM)
The Mustangs now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy for a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. Ramah will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 53-35 non-league win over Mountainair (Mountainair, NM). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
