Wisconsin High School Basketball - Lancaster crushes Argyle
January 30, 2023: Lancaster, WI 53813 Lancaster Flying Arrows (Lancaster, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Argyle Orioles (Argyle, WI), 73-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Lancaster upgrades its record to 4-12 on the season. The Flying Arrows travel to Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI) to play the Blackhawks in a Southwest Wisconsin bout on Friday, February 3. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 5-13. Prairie du Chien lost 56-39 in their recent non-league bout against La Crosse Logan (La Crosse, WI)
Next up, the Orioles play the Benton Zephyrs (Benton, WI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Argyle will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Zephyrs go into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 64-58 league loss to River Ridge (Patch Grove, WI).
