The St. Mary Gaels basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Becton Wildcats to 45 in the Gaels league triumph on Monday.

The Gaels now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host DePaul Catholic for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 1. St. Mary will battle a Spartans team coming off a 66-46 league loss to Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 7-7.
