January 30, 2023: Birmingham, AL 35215 In Monday's non-league outing, the Shades Valley Mounties (Birmingham, AL) basketball squad felled the host Center Point Eagles (Birmingham, AL), by a margin of 41-28.
The Mounties (13-11) will now prepare for their outing against Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, AL). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Pleasant Grove thwarted Gardendale (Gardendale, AL), 72-64, in a non-league outing.
The Eagles now own a 6-19 record. They play next when they host Pinson Valley for a non-league outing on Friday, February 3.
