California High School Basketball - El Camino trounced by Oceanside

In Monday's non-league match, the host Oceanside Pirates basketball team scored a decisive 61-28 triumph over the El Camino Wildcats.

In their next game, the Pirates meet the Rancho Buena Vista Longhorns (Vista, CA) in a North County Coastal match, on Tuesday, January 31. Oceanside will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Longhorns enter the match with a 12-10 record after their 73-45 non-league win over Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA).

With the defeat, El Camino moves to 0-22 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA) to meet the Broncos in a Palomar match on Tuesday, January 31. The Broncos enter the match with a record of 19-5. Rancho Bernardo lost 52-36 in their recent league match against Westview (San Diego, CA)
