Minnesota High School Basketball - Kingsland overwhelms Lyle/Pacelli
January 30, 2023: Lyle, MN 55953 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Kingsland Knights (Spring Valley, MN) and the host Lyle/Pacelli Athletics (Lyle, MN), saw Kingsland's basketball squad wallop Lyle/Pacelli by a tally of 67-37.
With the victory, Kingsland improves its record to 16-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Southland (Adams, MN) to confront the Rebels in a A Section 1 challenge on Thursday, February 2. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 3-16. Southland lost 77-51 in their recent league challenge against Lanesboro (Lanesboro, MN)
Next up, the Athletics confront the Schaeffer Academy Lions (Rochester, MN) in a A Section 1 challenge, on Thursday, February 2. Lyle/Pacelli will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 59-52 league win over LeRoy-Ostrander (LeRoy, MN).
