Idaho High School Basketball - Aberdeen tops Declo
January 30, 2024: Aberdeen, ID 83210 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Aberdeen Tigers (Aberdeen, ID) and the visiting Declo Hornets (Declo, ID), saw Aberdeen's basketball squad knock off Declo by a tally of 44-31.
With the victory, Aberdeen improves its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Bear Lake (Montpelier, ID) to play the Bears in a 2A South East Idaho challenge on Wednesday, January 31. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Bear Lake won 50-46 in their recent league challenge against Soda Springs (Soda Springs, ID)
Next up, the Hornets play the Wendell Trojans (Wendell, ID) in a 2A Canyon challenge, on Friday, February 2. Declo will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 70-68 non-league loss to Gooding (Gooding, ID).
