With the victory, Adams improves its record to 13-17 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to confront the Stallions in a 5A Region II District 12 challenge on Friday, February 2. The Stallions come into the challenge with a record of 14-12. North Mesquite lost 64-44 in their recent league challenge against West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX)
Next up, the Spartans confront the Spruce Timberwolves (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 12 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Samuell will attempt to improve on its 18-7 season record. The Timberwolves come into the challenge with a 0-20 record after their 78-33 league loss to Seagoville (Dallas, TX).
