Oklahoma High School Basketball - Asher overwhelms Calvin
January 30, 2024: Asher, OK 74826 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Asher Indians (Asher, OK) and the visiting Calvin Bulldogs (Calvin, OK), saw Asher's basketball squad wallop Calvin by a count of 66-28.
With the victory, Asher upgrades its record to 14-8 on the campaign. The Indians host Stratford (Stratford, OK) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 2. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 13-7. Stratford won 75-51 in their recent league challenge against Roff (Roff, OK)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Wanette Tigers (Wanette, OK) in a Pontotoc challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Calvin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-17 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-16 record after their 54-51 non-league loss to Milburn (Milburn, OK).
