Oklahoma High School Basketball - Wanette overwhelmed by Asher
November 28, 2023: Wanette, OK 74878 The Asher Indians basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Wanette Tigers to 14 in the Indians league victory on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Allen for a Pontotoc contest on Friday, December 1. Asher will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 61-27 non-league win over Coalgate (Coalgate, OK). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Butner (Cromwell, OK). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Butner was routed by Mason (Mason, OK), 68-60, in a non-league contest.
