The Mason County Eastern Cardinals basketball team (Custer, MI), was overwhelmed 59-36 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Brethren Bobcats (Brethren, MI)

The Bobcats now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Crossroads Charter Academy for a West Michigan D battle on Thursday, February 1. Brethren will confront a Cougars team coming off a 45-43 non-league loss to Baldwin (Baldwin, MI). The Cougars record now stands at 0-13.
