January 30, 2024: Ramona, OK 74061 Caney Valley Trojans (Ramona, OK) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Oklahoma Union Cougars (South Coffeyville, OK), 44-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Caney Valley upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Trojans travel to Dewey (Dewey, OK) to face the Bulldoggers in a non-league game on Friday, February 2. The Bulldoggers enter the game with a record of 9-7. Dewey won 46-44 in their recent league game against Nowata (Nowata, OK)
With the defeat, Oklahoma Union moves to 2-14 on the year. The Cougars host Nowata (Nowata, OK) to face the Ironmen in a Northeast Valley game on Friday, February 2. The Ironmen enter the game with a record of 7-12. Nowata lost 46-44 in their recent league game against Dewey (Dewey, OK)
