Kansas High School Basketball - Troy topped by Centralia
January 30, 2024: Troy, KS 66087 The Centralia Panthers basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Troy Trojans to 32 in the Panthers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Panthers now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Frankfort for a Twin Valley contest on Friday, February 2. Centralia will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 59-48 non-league loss to Blue Valley (Randolph, KS). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-7.
The Trojans (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Linn (Linn, KS). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Linn prevailed over Washington County (Washington, KS), 41-34, in a non-league contest.
