Iowa High School Basketball - Colfax-Mingo ripped by North Mahaska
January 30, 2024: New Sharon, IA 50207 The North Mahaska Warhawks basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks to 41 in the Warhawks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warhawks now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to English Valleys for a South Iowa Cedar contest on Thursday, February 1. North Mahaska will battle a Bears team coming off a 60-35 league win over Tri-County (Thornburg, IA). The Bears record now stands at 4-14.
The Tigerhawks (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against Sigourney (Sigourney, IA). The Savages enter the South Iowa Cedar contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Sigourney triumphed over Iowa Valley (Marengo, IA), 66-30, in a league contest.
