Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lawrence Tigers (Lawrence, MI) and the visiting Comstock Colts (Kalamazoo, MI), saw Lawrence's basketball squad hold off Comstock by a tally of 47-45.

With the victory, Lawrence improves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hartford (Hartford, MI) to play the Indians in a Southwest 10 challenge on Friday, February 2. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Hartford won 76-37 in their recent league challenge against Bangor (Bangor, MI)

Next up, the Colts play the Bloomingdale Cardinals (Bloomingdale, MI) in a Southwest 10 challenge, on Friday, February 2. Comstock will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record.
