January 30, 2024: Marion, IL 62959 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Crab Orchard Trojans (Marion, IL) and the visiting Thompsonville (Thompsonville, IL), saw Crab Orchard's basketball squad wallop Thompsonville by a tally of 89-56.
With the victory, Crab Orchard improves its record to 16-7 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Egyptian (Tamms, IL) to confront the Pharaohs in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 5. The Pharaohs come into the challenge with a record of 7-19. Egyptian won 51-45 in their recent league challenge against Shawnee (Wolf Lake, IL)
Next up, the confront the Carrier Mills-Stonefort Wildcats (Carrier Mills, IL) in a Greater Egyptian challenge, on Thursday, February 1.
