The High Point Central Bison basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Eastern Guilford Wildcats to 46 in the Bison league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bison now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeast Guilford for a 3A Mid-State contest on Friday, February 2. High Point Central will meet a Rams team coming off a 65-47 league loss to Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Rams record now stands at 7-10.

The Wildcats (1-18) will now prepare for their contest against Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Cougars enter the 3A Mid-State contest with a 6-13 record. In their last contest, Rockingham County was outscored by Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC), 82-59, in a league contest.
