Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) and the visiting Omaha Northwest Huskies (Omaha, NE), saw Gretna's basketball squad wallop Omaha Northwest by a tally of 67-45.

With the victory, Gretna improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Dragons host Omaha Central (Omaha, NE) to confront the Eagles in a A District TBD challenge on Friday, February 2. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-3. Omaha Central won 49-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Skutt Catholic (Omaha, NE)

Next up, the Huskies confront the Papillion-LaVista Monarchs (Papillion, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Friday, February 2. Omaha Northwest will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record. The Monarchs come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 68-52 league loss to Omaha North (Omaha, NE).
