Nebraska High School Basketball - Gretna overwhelms Omaha South

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) and the visiting Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE), saw Gretna's basketball squad wallop Omaha South by a tally of 82-44.

With the victory, Gretna improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE) to confront the Navigators in a A District TBD challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Navigators come into the challenge with a record of 3-2.

Next up, the Packers confront the Papillion-LaVista Monarchs (Papillion, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Friday, December 22. Omaha South will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Monarchs come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 62-43 league loss to Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE).
