January 30, 2024: Jeromesville, OH 44840 In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the Hillsdale Falcons (Jeromesville, OH) basketball squad got by the visiting Mapleton Mounties (Ashland, OH), by a count of 56-50.
With the victory, Hillsdale upgrades its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Falcons host Dalton (Dalton, OH) to play the Bulldogs in a Wayne County challenge on Friday, February 2. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Dalton won 78-58 in their recent non-league challenge against Cloverleaf (Lodi, OH)
Next up, the Mounties play the Plymouth Big Red (Plymouth, OH) in a Firelands challenge, on Friday, February 2. Mapleton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Big Red come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 51-40 league win over New London (New London, OH).
