Alabama High School Basketball - Waterloo nips Lindsay Lane Christian Academy
January 30, 2024: Waterloo, AL 35677 Waterloo Cougars (Waterloo, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Lindsay Lane Christian Academy Lions (Athens, AL), 38-35 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Waterloo upgrades its record to 3-18 on the campaign. The Cougars host Woodland (Woodland, AL) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 2. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 3-13. Woodland won 35-33 in their recent non-league bout against Wellborn (Anniston, AL)
Next up, the Lions play the Clements Colts (Athens, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 2. Lindsay Lane Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-20 season record.
