Georgia High School Basketball - Milton tops West Forsyth
January 30, 2024: Cumming, GA 30040 Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host West Forsyth Wolverines (Cumming, GA), 66-56 in a league bout.
With the victory, Milton upgrades its record to 12-10 on the campaign. The Eagles host South Forsyth (Cumming, GA) to play the War Eagles in a AAAAAAA Region 6 bout on Friday, February 2. The War Eagles come into the bout with a record of 9-14. South Forsyth lost 77-66 in their recent league bout against Lambert (Suwanee, GA)
Next up, the Wolverines play the Denmark (Alpharetta, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 6 bout, on Friday, February 2. West Forsyth will attempt to upgrade on its 16-7 season record. The come into the bout with a 6-16 record after their 64-50 league loss to Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA).
