In their next game, the Vikings meet the St. Rose Purple Roses (Belmar, NJ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 1. Union Catholic will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Purple Roses enter the match with a 19-2 record after their 78-38 league win over St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ).
