Avondale Yellowjackets (Auburn Hills, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting University Eagles (Ferndale, MI), 80-3 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Avondale upgrades its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Oak Park (Oak Park, MI) to play the Knights in a Oakland - White bout on Friday, February 2.
