January 30, 2024: Wichita, KS 67206 The Mulvane Wildcats (Mulvane, KS) basketball felled the host Collegiate Spartans (Wichita, KS), 36-28 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Buhler (Buhler, KS). The Crusaders go into the non-league test with a 5-7 record. In their last test, Buhler thwarted Rose Hill (Rose Hill, KS), 44-29, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they travel to McPherson for a non-league test on Friday, February 2. Collegiate will encounter a Bullpups squad coming off a 40-25 non-league win over Circle (Towanda, KS). The Bullpups record now stands at 9-3.
