New Hampshire High School Basketball - Pinkerton crushes Manchester West
January 30, 2024: Derry, NH 03038 Pinkerton Astros (Derry, NH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Manchester West Blue Knights (Manchester, NH), 67-19 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Pinkerton upgrades its record to 13-1 on the season. The Astros travel to Windham (Windham, NH) to play the Jaguars in a Division I bout on Friday, February 2. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Windham lost 60-43 in their recent league bout against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, NH)
Next up, the Blue Knights play the Pembroke Spartans (Pembroke, NH) in a Division II bout, on Tuesday, January 30. Manchester West will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 10-0 record after their 59-39 league win over Merrimack Valley (Penacook, NH).
