January 30, 2025: Los Angeles, CA 90042 Collins Family Jaguars (Huntington Park, CA) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Academia Avance Guerreros Jaguares (Los Angeles, CA), 78-46 in a league match.
With the victory, Collins Family advances its record to 10-3 on the year. The Jaguars travel to CALS Early College (Los Angeles, CA) to face the Falcons in a Eastside match on Tuesday, February 4. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 0-5. CALS Early College lost 65-30 in their recent league match against East College Prep (Los Angeles, CA)
The Guerreros Jaguares now own a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to ESAT for a Eastside match on Tuesday, February 4. Academia Avance will face a Grizzlies squad coming off a 54-43 league loss to Alliance Bloomfield (Huntington Park, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-4.
