North Carolina High School Basketball - Eastern Wayne bests Beddingfield
January 30, 2025: Goldsboro, NC 27534 The Eastern Wayne Warriors basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Beddingfield Bruins to 62 in the Warriors league triumph on Thursday.
The Warriors now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they host Princeton for a 2A Neuse game on Friday, January 31. Eastern Wayne will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-52 league loss to Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-12.
With the loss, Beddingfield falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC) to play the Cougars in a 2A Neuse game on Friday, January 31. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 7-10. Goldsboro lost 77-68 in their recent league game against Eastern Wayne (Goldsboro, NC)
