Maine High School Basketball - Lee Academy knocked off by Calais
January 30, 2025: Lee, ME 04455 In Thursday's non-league game, the Calais Blue Devils (Calais, ME) basketball team beat the host Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME), by a tally of 50-41.
The Blue Devils now possess a 9-6 record. They play next when they host Penobscot Valley for a C North game on Saturday, February 1. Calais will confront a Howlers team coming off a 59-22 non-league loss to Schenck (East Millinocket, ME). The Howlers record now stands at 4-12.
With the loss, Lee Academy falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Pandas travel to Shead (Eastport, ME) to confront the Tigers in a D North game on Friday, January 31. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 9-6. Shead won 84-42 in their recent non-league game against Searsport (Searsport, ME)
