California High School Basketball - Coastal Academy overwhelms Escondido Adventist Academy
January 30, 2025: Oceanside, CA 92056 The Coastal Academy Stingrays basketball team scored 80 points and limited the visiting Escondido Adventist Academy Hawks to 11 in the Stingrays league triumph on Thursday.
The Stingrays now have a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Pacific Ridge for a Sunset game on Tuesday, February 4. Coastal Academy will confront a Firebirds team coming off a 68-35 league win over Guajome Park Academy (Vista, CA). The Firebirds record now stands at 22-1.
With the loss, Escondido Adventist Academy falls to 7-12 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Classical Academy (Escondido, CA) to confront the Caimans in a Sunset game on Tuesday, February 4. The Caimans go into the game with a record of 6-14.
