January 30, 2025: East Grand Forks, MN 56721 Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host East Grand Forks Green Wave (East Grand Forks, MN), 86-67 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Red River advances its record to 11-4 on the year. The Roughriders host Fargo South (Fargo, ND) to face the Bruins in a AA East match on Tuesday, February 4. The Bruins enter the match with a record of 3-12. Fargo South lost 71-63 in their recent league match against Sheyenne (West Fargo, ND)
The Green Wave now own a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grafton for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. East Grand Forks will face a Spoilers squad coming off a 76-52 league loss to Four Winds/Minnewaukan (Fort Totten, ND). The Spoilers record now stands at 6-6.
