Illinois High School Basketball - North Boone knocks off Harvard
January 30, 2025: Harvard, IL 60033 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting North Boone Vikings basketball team scored a good 59-45 win over the Harvard Hornets.
The Vikings (11-13) will now prepare for their contest against Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL). The Rockets come into the Big Northern contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Rock Falls defeated Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL), 69-54, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hornets battle the Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) in a Kishwaukee River contest, on Friday, January 31. Harvard will attempt to better on its 2-15 season record. The Rockets come into the contest with a 15-7 record after their 66-41 non-league win over Genoa-Kingston (Genoa, IL).
