South Carolina High School Basketball - Palmetto Christian Academy routed by Porter-Gaud
January 30, 2025: Charleston, SC 29407 Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Palmetto Christian Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 68-21 in a league match.
With the victory, Porter-Gaud upgrades its record to 14-5 on the year. The Cyclones host Northwood Academy (Charleston, SC) to face the Chargers in a SCISA 4A Region II match on Tuesday, February 4. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 1-19.
The now sport a 3-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dorchester Academy for a non-league match on Friday, January 31. Palmetto Christian Academy will face a Raiders squad coming off a 67-49 league loss to Cathedral Academy (North Charleston, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 4-9.
