January 30, 2025: St. Charles, IL 60174 St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Wheaton North Falcons (Wheaton, IL), 58-44 in a league match.
With the victory, St. Charles East advances its record to 12-11 on the year. The Fighting Saints host Jacobs (Algonquin, IL) to face the Golden Eagles in a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. The Golden Eagles enter the match with a record of 13-9. Jacobs lost 54-28 in their recent league match against Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL)
The Falcons now own a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Libertyville for a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. Wheaton North will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 47-26 league win over Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-9.
