Florida High School Basketball - Mulberry overwhelms Bartow

The Mulberry Panthers basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Bartow Yellow Jackets to 24 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now possess a 15-1 record. They play next when they travel to Durant for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Mulberry will play a Cougars team coming off a 47-11 non-league win over Tampa Bay Tech (Tampa, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 14-8.

With the loss, Bartow falls to 2-19 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets travel to Horizon (Winter Garden, FL) to play the Hawks in a non-league game on Thursday, February 6. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 15-8. Horizon won 48-18 in their recent non-league game against Evans (Orlando, FL)
