January 30, 2025: Federalsburg, MD 21632 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Kent Island Buccaneers (Stevensville, MD) and the host Colonel Richardson Colonels (Federalsburg, MD), observed Kent Island's basketball team overwhelm Colonel Richardson by a score of 62-30.
The Buccaneers (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Kent County (Worton, MD). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 5-10 record.
In their next game, the Colonels battle the Easton Warriors (Easton, MD) in a Bayside - North challenge, on Monday, February 3. Colonel Richardson will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record.
