January 30, 2025: Lynchburg, VA The Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots (Lynchburg, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA), 53-27 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to State Line HomeSchool Rush for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. Lynchburg HomeSchool will play a Rush team coming off a 48-41 non-league win over Jefferson Christian Academy (Ripplemead, VA). The Rush record now stands at 7-7.
With the loss, Timberlake Christian falls to 5-8 on the campaign. The Tornadoes travel to Temple Christian (Madison Heights, VA) to play the Crusaders in a Virginia Christian bout on Friday, January 31. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 3-11. Temple Christian won 36-29 in their recent non-league bout against Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA)
