In Thursday's league contest, the visiting New Hope Trojans basketball team scored a close 43-36 triumph over the West Point Green Wave.

The Trojans (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against West Lowndes (Columbus, MS). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 7-12 record.
