The Baboquivari (Sells, AZ) varsity basketball team lost Monday's home conference game against Immaculate Heart (Tucson, AZ) by a score of 58-51.
The Immaculate Heart Knights basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Baboquivari Warriors to 51 in the Knights league triumph on Monday.
The Knights now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to The Gregory School for a 1A Tucson contest on Tuesday, February 1. Immaculate Heart will battle a Hawks team coming off a 52-37 non-league win over San Manuel (San Manuel, AZ). The Hawks record now stands at 11-11.
The Warriors (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind (Tucson, AZ). The Sentinels enter the 1A Tucson contest with a 1-10 record. In their last contest, Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind was nudged by Immaculate Heart (Tucson, AZ), 69-11, in a league contest.
