Gibbon Buffaloes (Gibbon, NE) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Central City Bison (Central City, NE), 46-22 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Gibbon upgrades its record to 2-17 on the campaign. The Buffaloes travel to Ravenna (Ravenna, NE) to play the Bluejays in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 1. The Bluejays come into the bout with a record of 15-3. Ravenna won 49-28 in their recent non-league bout against Centura (Cairo, NE)

Next up, the Bison play the Centura Centurions (Cairo, NE) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 3. Central City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-18 season record. The Centurions come into the bout with a 9-10 record after their 48-38 non-league loss to Wood River (Wood River, NE).
