In Monday's league outing, the Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Union Farmers (Union, NJ), by a count of 56-25.

The Minutemen (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Hillside (Hillside, NJ). The Comets go into the Union County - Valley outing with a 2-5 record. In their last outing, Hillside was crushed by Kent Place (Summit, NJ), 43-41, in a league outing.
