The Coastal Christian Centurions basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Harrells Christian Academy Crusaders to 49 in the Centurions league triumph on Tuesday.
The Centurions now sport a 9-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cape Fear Academy for a NCISAA Coastal Rivers contest on Friday, February 3. Coastal Christian will meet a Hurricanes team coming off a 53-43 league loss to Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Hurricanes record now stands at 15-7.
The Crusaders (19-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fayetteville Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Eagles enter the NCISAA Coastal Rivers contest with a 19-6 record. In their last contest, Fayetteville Academy nudged Cape Fear Academy (Wilmington, NC), 53-43, in a league contest.
