January 31, 2023: Granby, CT 06035 The Granby Memorial Bears (Granby, CT) basketball felled the visiting East Windsor Panthers (East Windsor, CT), 48-33 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bears (2-12) will now prepare for their test against Coventry (Coventry, CT). The Patriots go into the North Central Connecticut test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Coventry thwarted Rockville (Vernon, CT), 64-55, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Bolton for a North Central Connecticut test on Friday, February 3. East Windsor will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 63-48 league loss to Ellington (Ellington, CT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-9.
