Connecticut High School Basketball - Glastonbury nips Hartford Public
January 31, 2023: Hartford, CT 06105 Glastonbury Guardians (Glastonbury, CT) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Hartford Public Owls (Hartford, CT), 57-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Glastonbury upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Guardians travel to Southington (Southington, CT) to play the Blue Knights in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Blue Knights come into the bout with a record of 8-4. Southington won 59-43 in their recent league bout against Bristol Central (Bristol, CT)
Next up, the Owls play the Hall Titans (West Hartford, CT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 2. Hartford Public will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
