Minnesota High School Basketball - Hill-Murray knocked off by St. Thomas Academy
January 31, 2023: Mendota Heights, MN 55120 The St. Thomas Academy Cadets basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Hill-Murray Pioneers to 54 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cadets now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Simley for a AAA Section 3 contest on Friday, February 3. St. Thomas Academy will battle a Spartans team coming off a 69-54 non-league loss to North (North St. Paul, MN). The Spartans record now stands at 6-11.
The Pioneers (1-14) will now prepare for their contest against Concordia Academy (Roseville, MN). The Beacons enter the non-league contest with a 7-9 record.
