Idaho High School Basketball - Timberline routs Nezperce
January 31, 2023: Weippe, ID 83553 In Tuesday's league outing, the Timberline Spartans (Weippe, ID) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Nezperce Nighthawks (Nezperce, ID), by a margin of 58-31.
The Spartans (7-7) will now prepare for their outing against Grangeville (Grangeville, ID). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 2-12 record. In their last outing, Grangeville was trounced by St. Maries (St. Maries, ID), 72-48, in a league outing.
The Nighthawks now own a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Troy for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 2. Nezperce will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 49-41 league loss to Potlatch (Potlatch, ID). The Trojans record now stands at 9-4.
