Louisiana High School Basketball - Reeves overwhelms Oak Hill
January 31, 2023: Hineston, LA 71438 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Reeves Raiders (Reeves, LA) and the host Oak Hill Rams (Hineston, LA), saw Reeves's basketball squad wallop Oak Hill by a tally of 71-30.
With the victory, Reeves improves its record to 12-14 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Plainview (Glenmora, LA) to play the Hornets in a C District 5 challenge on Friday, February 3. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 8-11. Plainview won 59-54 in their recent league challenge against St. Joseph's - Plaucheville (Plaucheville, LA)
Next up, the Rams play the Pitkin Tigers (Pitkin, LA) in a B District 4 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Oak Hill will attempt to improve on its 5-11 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 21-14 record after their 83-63 league win over Elizabeth (Elizabeth, LA).
