Missouri High School Basketball - Whitfield holds off Westminster Christian
January 31, 2023: St. Louis, MO 63141 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Whitfield Warriors (St. Louis, MO) and the visiting Westminster Christian Wildcats (St. Louis, MO), saw Whitfield's basketball squad hold off Westminster Christian by a tally of 57-50.
With the victory, Whitfield improves its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL) to confront the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 17-6. O'Fallon lost 41-39 in their recent league challenge against Edwardsville (Edwardsville, IL)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Principia Panthers (St. Louis, MO) in a ABC challenge, on Friday, February 3. Westminster Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-7 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 60-28 non-league win over Thomas Jefferson School (St. Louis, MO).
