North Union Warriors (Armstrong, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Eagle Grove Eagles (Eagle Grove, IA), 62-18 in a league bout.

With the win, North Union upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 8-12.

Next up, the Eagles clash with the North Iowa Bison (Buffalo Center, IA) in a North Iowa bout, on Friday, February 3. Eagle Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 1-15 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 5-16 record after their 58-42 league loss to Lake Mills (Lake Mills, IA).
