Pelham Pythons (Pelham, NH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Merrimack Valley The Pride (Penacook, NH), 60-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Pelham upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Pythons host Sanborn Regional (Kingston, NH) to play the Indians in a Division II bout on Friday, February 3. The Indians come into the bout with a record of 2-9. Sanborn Regional lost 49-21 in their recent league bout against ConVal (Peterborough, NH)

Next up, the The Pride play the Bishop Brady Giants (Concord, NH) in a Division II bout, on Friday, February 3. Merrimack Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
